§ 42-37. Obstruction of ditches bordering town roads.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to fill, deposit, or obstruct with any material, including, but not limited to, dirt, debris, vegetable matter, snow, or gravel ditches within or adjacent to any road in the town.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any landowner abutting any town road to cultivate, plow or remove soil from his land in such a manner as to obstruct or fill any ditch alongside any town road.
