§ 42-38. Violations; penalties.

Any person causing any obstruction or excavation to be made contrary to Wis. Stats. 66.0425 or this article shall be liable for a fine of not less than $25.00, nor more than $500.00, and the costs of highway and right-of-way damage, or imprisonment in the county jail for not less than ten days, nor more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
