§ 38-43. Notice to destroy.

On or before May 15 of each year, the town chair shall post in at least three conspicuous places in the town, and publish at least once a week for two consecutive weeks in any newspaper as defined in Wis. Stats. ch. 985, a notice that every person is required by law to destroy all noxious weeds on lands in the town, regardless of location, which such person owns, occupies or controls.
