§ 34-13. Prohibiting deposit of snow on adjacent lands.

No person may push, plow, deposit or pile snow onto adjacent property not owned by the person from where the snow is removed, without the written permission of the property owner where the snow is deposited. No snow may be pushed, plowed, deposited, left or piled in town rights-of-way or ditches.
