§ 30-428. Permit revocation.

  • If any of the provisions of this article are violated by the permittee, the town board may advise the permittee, in writing, of its intention to consider the revocation of the permit granted to the permittee at a time not less than 72 hours, at which the town board will meet for the purpose of determining any such revocation. Such written notice shall include the grounds for considering the revocation. The permittee shall be allowed to present witnesses and evidence to the town board at such hearing. The determination of the town board shall be made in writing and delivered to the permittee personally or by certified mail, and upon such delivery, such determination shall become effective.
