§ 30-33. Exclusions.

Latest version.

All private and public schools, as defined in Wis. Stats. ch. 115, located within the town, are exempt from obtaining a license under this article when instructing pupils in professional nursing care or human growth and development as a part of its curriculum. All licensed medical care or professional nursing care facilities located within the town, and agents of the town and the county health department are exempt from obtaining a license under this article when engaged in providing medical care or human growth and development education.
